How Does The Consultation Work?
Do I Need To Be At Home During The Renovation?
We recommend that you are available at the beginning of the project so we can confirm details on site and ensure everything is clearly agreed before work begins. Once the renovation is underway, our team manages the project on your behalf, maintaining clear communication throughout and ensuring a smooth, well-organised process from Start 2 Finish.
Do You Provide A Free Quote?
Yes, we provide a free, no-obligation quotation following an initial consultation.
Do I Need To Arrange A Skip Or Trailor?
No. All waste removal is fully managed by our team. We responsibly dispose of old materials and complete a full clean-up on completion of your project.
What Is The Payment Procedure?
Once you have accepted the quotation, a deposit invoice for 75% of the total project cost will be issued. Upon receipt of payment, your project will be scheduled. Once the project has been completed, a final invoice for the remaining 25% balance will be issued for payment.
How Do I Pick My Tiles & Bathroom Furniture?
Once we have measured your bathroom, we will provide you with a shopping list tailored to your project. You can then visit our recommended suppliers at your convenience to select your preferred products. The supplier will send us a copy of your final selections, which will be incorporated into your project quotation.
